Being carried by an interested Shepard must be awkward. Or just more reason to throw Shepard out of the airlock instead.

Actually, I would love to see a sequel - where it turns out the Protheans popped out of nowhere (stasis/other galaxy/whatever asspull necessary) at the end of the thirds game to kick the reapers back to oblivion. If Reapers can be sleeping for 50k years in dark space... why not Protheans...somewhere. Maybe they were just waiting for the right moment XD

Imagine the epic HAPPY ENDING to the Reaper invasion.........only to have them replaced by Protheans 'reestablishing' the Empire.

That would be fun.

Anyway I played yesterday ME3 for the second time. I mean I finished it for the second time. Goddammit I swear to myself "I will let Marauder Shields to kill me. Yes, that would be ending". But no. Of course not, EmGo HAD to play to the end and than spent the rest of the night being depressed. *sigh*

Anyway what struck me as hilarious: during first playthrough I let Javik touch the shard, so during "goodbyes" he told me he wanted to will kill himslef. But during this playthrough I stopped him, so he didn't get memories. I read somewhere about goodbyes and there Javik said said he wanted to help Liara with some book or something? Well, during my playthrough he said he would go to hanar and they would worship him and he will have fun. lol

So apparantly Protheans spent time in between battles having a staring contest, because it could last for hours with four eyes... One of the last comments he gives Shepard in the end of this video.

Pretty funny.

Lol, I thought this was asking for Javik to be a romance option thread. I was like that is really weird.
Anyways, I enjoy Javik too. He is actually one of my favorite squad mates in all the games. When he is joking with Vega that was too funny.

I missed that one, I had Vega and Garrus doing a "compare your military accomplishments" pissing contest.  Kept getting a :"You did that with Shepard, so it doesn't count." 

I'll see it on a subsequent playthrough.

I am going with the Indoctrination Theory on the ending of Mass Effect 3 and it was the battle of willpower fighting the Reaper effect. I watched a video on the theory recently and the theory makes alot of sense with everything that went down at the end. So basically Bioware made a good ending from the start but its so confusing and hard to catch that your left with wtf just happen in the last 10-5 minutes type attitude towards it.

So you think we could push Bioware to make Prothean and Geth playable races for MP, would love to play as an Adept Prothean assuming it has dark channel like Javik the wise does lol

I don't like the Indoctrination Theory. It is almost giving the writers a way out to say something like "Yes... that is totally what we had planned... good job unraveling our clever ruse of fake bad endings! DID YOU REALLY THINK THAT WE WOULD BETRAY YOU GUYS LIKE THAT?". It's an excuse for them to cop out, make it true, and win everyone back.

While I'd love to play a prothean in the multiplayer, the lore nutter in me says no, because it'd make no sense. Or really weird odds of them finding more protheans.

But then after what they did to the ending, I wouldn't be surprised and wouldn't really complain either. Imagine a prothean vanguard with a green charge.

I wrote a topic a while ago on how to correctly put Protheans in Multiplayer. 


Does anyone else think Eden Prime (From Ashes layout) would make a good MP map? It had that feel to me.

Well notice i put Prothean and Geth because I want to play a Geth soldier, if Legion gets to kill other Geth why cant we the player do that too. Than I put Prothean in there because it would be awesome to play as a Javik clone and we do need something to take the Biotic roles and Prothean race fits perfectly. They can even go as far as add Collectors to the enemy rooster with a Prothean based map on Eden Prime since that is where the vision takes place before waking Javik up. But I strongly think any MP addon should be attached to a singleplayer based dlc since Mass Effect is first Singleplayer and second co-op

Also Indocrination theory isnt a cop out, they just need to add more content that hints at it more so its not a wtf when you see it finally playing out. I dont wanna debate the ending in this thread too much but watch the video on the theory than replay the ending it makes perfect sense.

Also, I'm not against the protheans in multiplayer, I'm sure they could apply it somewhere, It'd just make me arch an eyebrow and then I'd run around pretending to be Javik!

Geth though? xD Won't that be confusing if the enemy is geth too? I usually look at people's names, but I can imagine that some would complain, pfft.

Well I dont see a problem with it and anyways i imagine the dlc adding Prothean and Geth to the rooster at once so they could add a new slot to all the classes type deal.  But you as a Geth against other Geth i dont think will be too confusing because we can put some odd looking colors on the mp characters lol.  I think people will know a pink geth isnt the enemy or whatever lol
