@Axis - I saw those the other day, made me chuckle. Seeing as Javik says he will write a book with Liara I now have an image of Javik being a children's book writer after the war minus Normandy crash/relay explosions it's a very amusing thought.

Sorry I haven't posted in a while, guys. I guess I had nothing to say about Javik...

But now that I've replayed his recruitment, I have to ask: In the soundtrack, does he have his own theme? Because the music that plays when you talk to him in the Normandy for the first time is beautiful, and I just noticed that.

I was wondering if the track is on the official soundtrack. I want to listen to it. Even if it's not "his" track (meaning that the song was written for another portion of the game and re-used for Javik), for me it is now, and I don't care.

Hey guys. Longtime lurker here. I've been following this thread ever since I found myself obsessed with Javik.

Anyway, I HAD to register my games because someone on the Internet needs my help!
As an owner of the collector's edition, I could quickly check the soundtrack and compare it to the scene in question.

I believe this is the song you're looking for: It is, in fact, called Prothean Beacon. It was probably made for Thessia though. It fits Javik just as well, I think.


That said, as this is like my first post ever on these boards, and since I've been reading this particular thread for a few weeks, I feel the need  to thank you guys. Yes, that includes everyone who posted in this here thread.
This'll sound really dramatic, but I've been absolutely drowning in schoolwork for the last two months or so. I was so happy when ME3 came out, and I could flee from the stress and indulge in my favorite kind of escapism... well look at how that turned out.
I can honestly say that Javik is one of the main reasons I keep playing the game after witnessing the downright heartbreaking ending. I was a little surprised when I caught myself thinking of Javik as attractive. Thank goodness I found this thread! I see that I'm not alone in spending way too much time thinking about that Prothean bastard.
This thread helped me cope with all the stress I had. So thank you once again! You make me proud to be a Javik fangirl!


I should cut this short before I create a wall of text.
I just have one more thing I'd like to bring up. See, I'm an art student, and after all this school stuff is out of the way, I'd LOVE to draw Javik somehow. Anybody have any ideas of what you'd like to see? It can be funny or serious... or both. Anything really. I'd like to hear some suggestions for inspiration!

Now I realize that I haven't played Thessia yet. I'm stuck on Rannoch. But this game is doing so many weird things to my feelings that I don't know how to continue.

Haha I was almost going to write a "no wings" comment in my post. I gotta agree with Laitiel on the previous page. Also I think wings are a bit silly. But if you want a silly picture... maybe we could compromise....
