That already happen to EDI twice. Once in ME2 before the Suicide Mission and a second time in ME3.

Javik will probably go for either Shepard but if it wasnt Shepard I am sure he prefers women like any other man does lol

Imagine walking into the shuttle pod finding javik with liara and javik saying this is exactly what it looks like and Shepard's catchphrase I should go is greyed out.
