Oh really? Source? Send it to me, I have the script myself, and have found nothing to suggest that.

I think Mac was taking a note from Casey when asked that question; not telling the truth, but not technically lying either: The Protheans were a single species, but he never explicitly says that there weren't multiple races either. Damn him! Lol.

@Tiberious: I love how you thanked AVPen about the Inusannon, when I had
been beating you over the head with the same information. And no, it
doesn't confirm your caste theory, because he never says anything about
the different races performing specific functions. Prothy even says in that dialogue that all the races performed under "One doctrine," and "One strategy." Your habit of jumping to conclusions based on nothing but "Headcanon," is still in full swing I see.

Wait, so you werent saying that the Ilos Statues represented Protheans?

And... Castes, i honestly meant different species. Castes still existed tho. just like atm :)

Its still not specifically said that the statues ARE of the Inusannon, that's fan speculation because what we DO know is that the Inusannon colonized Ilos before the protheans. Just like in ME1, Bioware could easily make the statues of a race before the Inusannon, if they wanted.

Go ahead, Tazz.

And by mixing up "Caste," and "Species," you've severely wounded all your previous arguments. I've said repeatedly throughout our little "Chat," that the statues COULD represent the Inusannon, forgetting this makes me wonder how much you actually payed attention during it. The only reaon why I defended the idea of the Statues being the Prothean race is because it make a hell of a lot more sense than the Collector look. (For reasons you have never once disputed outside of non-canon garbage, but I'm not getting into that again.)

bent check your pm because i sent you the exact statement the guy told me wich ill post here

There's more.

The file you posted was the first leak from the Russian forum. It is written in the form of a summary and its data source is the second leak.

The second leak was a series of .txt files that are all dialogue and code. Attempting to open these .txt files in MS Word will crash the program because it is over 20,000 pages long.

The first leak basically summarizes the raw data from the second leak into a more reader-friendly format. It also includes some excerpts of dialogue from the second leak. However, the second leak has much, much more detail because it is all dialogue and not some guy's hasty synopsis.

I'm curious, is the Prothean squaddie going to have a proper conversations with Shep aboard the Normandy, or will it be like Kasumi/Zaeed again?

I can't see the Prothean not having a slot on my team. I wonder how long into the game it willl take you to recruit him?

He is possibly one of the only teammates that can actually outshine Shepard, at least when it comes to fame in the ME universe.

Don't worry, Taz, he speaks. He actually has some of the best lines in the game, in my opinion.

To the inusannon theory people:

If they are the statues of inusannon, why are inusannon in the prothean visions?

They are more likely a subject race that called themselves protheans...

The tentacle-faced statues on Ilos are not, I repeat NOT, Protheans. They were a primitive race that the Prothean empire conquered, similar to how the Spanish conquered the Aztecs and Incas in real life. The reason why the Conduit's research lab on Ilos was not detected by the Reapers 50,000 years ago was because the Protheans disguised it as the ruins of this primitive race, a race that the Reapers assumed was already destroyed.

What if that is how they conveyed that they were in danger. Showing images of a long dead race, saying in a way that the cycle is repeating itself.

Marvellous! It would've been a waste not to have proper conversations for such an interesting character. ^_^

i imagine the prothean's personality to be regal, maybe even a bit snobbish. i don't know, he just gives me that impression somehow.

I'd say...around 3/5 into the game until you can recruit him.

Oh damn it... Is that true? Not another Legion... He was my favorite character yet I had him for so little time. Now Prothy gets the same treatment.
