Before it is asked, I only ever get on using my friends new top of the line alienware computers, and they work for logging into his account, so I don't think that's the problem.
Anyway, evertime I try to log in at the bioware screen, it takes a while then says it can't access the master server and then doesn't log me in.

The Bioware server is down for the count right now. While you may not be logged into that server, you should still be able to log in and play multiplayer without it. It will just take that little extra bit of time waiting on the Bioware login to fail.

Yeah, unfortunately, when I log onto the server I usually get on, it doesn't show my character, but, I will try again to be sure.

Alright, it worked, thank you for the help, as everytime I logged in before, they didn't show up.
