This is just an fyi that I came across tonight while filling up an Apothecary Area.

I put in a big wooden balcony, it was the only thing in the grid square - the whole balcony took up 2 squares but the square where the stairs for the piece were became unwalkable - not common that one placeable does this...

Anyway - it hit me and I decided to test out the walkmesh helper - I made it 10 x 10 which is just bigger than a grid square - I put it down and viola! the mesh worked - so the helper is more versatile than I thought and I decidedto share it will those who might have run across this similar issue with an indoor area of their own - - -

A really big walkmesh helper and the stairs worked - I had to actually add a cfew big helpers because the unwalkable square kind of migrated until I had it laid out right - just one more solution in a game of questions

hope it helps someone.

I had a similar problem with a ceiling light placeable that made the square unwalkwable. My solution was to turn the placeable in this case to an environment object. That can solve the problem in certain cases as well.

Cheers!
