Hey Gang:

Sorry if this has been covered before but I can't find it.

My computer recently went the way o fthe "dodo: bird so I rebuilt another one and luckely I had backed up all my saved games from ME1, ME2, DA1 and Dragon Age 2.  So no problem adding the saved games from DA2 to my newly installed DA2 on my new computer but it won't launch as it says I need some of the content I had before like Emporium and a couple fo other things.  The problem is that when I look at the download content inside the game all it does is brings me to the purchasable DLC struff which I in my case have either got as part of CE boxed edition, pre-orders or even already purchased.  Going to my registered game content does nothing more but tell me to do it via inside the game.

So how do I get back my already owned DLC stuff so I can resum playing the game.  And yes I am logged into my account and the game is registered so is the DLC.

You help would be greatly appreciated!

Profile-->Your registered game content-->More info PC should bring up a window to download the content for content that is available as a stand-alone dowload (all DA2 and ME2 DLC and a few of the DAO DLCs). If it isn't your browser may be blocking the pop-up.

For the rest of the DAO DLC, you need to use the in-game downloadable content manager. If your game is correctly connecting to the DA servers, the content that you don't have installed already should pop up as available to download. If it doesn't, see the pinned thread titled "Solution Round-Up" in the DAO PC tech forum.

ME1 DLC is a bit more tricky. Pinnacle station is available in the EA Download manager known as Origins if you can find your original CD key. If not, contact EA tech support directly (support.ea.com). It may take a couple of tries to find someone there who knows what they are doing. If you had Bring Down the Sky, there is a pinned thread in the ME forums with the location of the download. Again, you will need to contact EA support directly for a code as the codes seem to be single use, and again it can sometimes take a few tries to get someone with a clue.

Thanks so much. I never looked down at the DLC below the first 2 or 3 and never saw a Download link but once I saw the one for the Emporium and the 2 others I needed it was all good! And never needed to DL the other stuff as I already had it equipped on some of my toons so also good there.

ME2 was easy as all the DLC I could DL again but I am finished with ME1 so no need to install or even DL the extra content.
