I think.

Well that cartoon thing at the start of the game, where you get some insight of ME got skipped when I started a new game earlier.
It is supposed to come before you go with Jacob and Miranda in the shuttle to talk to the Illusive Man for the first time right?
I can never remember when that is.

I had a file on my PS3 from before I changed PS3s where I had played like 1 hour into the game.
But that shouldn`t matter since I choose NEW GAME, right?
Becaus of this I deleted every save file including Game Progress file. 

Someone answer, just tell me when those cartoons are supposed to be

It should be right at the beginning of the game, or at least that would make the most sense...

It happens right after Shepard falls out of the Normandy (BEFORE waking up on the base), you have to play through that short part before that first

Yeah thats what I thought hmm.
Hope I get that part now that I`ve deleted the save files and actually start a whole new game
A shame since I won`t be getting the completed game benefits.
