 Every time I try to change my loadout for missions the game crashes, at least 99% of the time, if I try 10 times I just might be lucky and DO change my weapons.

Everything worked fine for a longer time, but now after the last patch it just stopped working properly.

it's a known bug and bogsnot1's answer is the right one,
