What are they supposed to think about then?  Bioware is a for profit business.  They exist to make profits.  Implementing femshep at all has apparently already cost them some profit, but they're sticking with it because they think they should.  You might want to be a bit nicer to them considering that.

I hope they turn Sheploo into Edward Cullen so you would know how it feels like

In which case I'd just use a customized Shepard.  By the way, you are aware that default maleshep's face is based on a clothing model, right?

Yeah, "blonde" isn't really a part of that definition, which has to do with facial features and body shape.  That ideal is also more mutable than is commonly believed.

I honestly fail to see what your issue is with my statement that many of those responding stated that they voted for the hair style more than the color. Yes, I'm sure many people voted for #5 because "she is hawt". So what. It doesn't invalidate my observation. I am now going to stop responding to you as you appear to be trolling.

He only expressed his opinion, he wasn't bashing or anything. I strongly disagree with him, since the number 5 was my choice,  but he can express his opinion like everyone. You don't have any right to tell him to shut up.

It was simply a stated opinion, not a personal attack. I happen to agree. Doesn't matter for two reasonf ro me.
1) I don't play femshep.
2) If I did, I can change how she looks.

I fail to see the reason for the vitriol. This thread was asking what people though of the winning selection. His and my opinion differ from yours and you carry on as if it was a personal attack.

Opinions differ, take your own tagline advice and deal with it.

There are females that have an androgynous look, and males that have an androgynous look. He/she thinks that femshep number 5 has an androgynous look. I don't agree with him, but I don't think is that offensive. Clearly you disagree with him, and you can said to him, but you should be more composed in your reaction.

Anyway guys, we really don't know how femshep will look in game. The maleshep in my avatar (that his in the same condition on the screenshot we have about blondfemshep) isn't that similar to sheploo in game. I think we'll have to wait to see how she'll be in ME3.

I think FemShep5 was a good choice.  I can only recall two instances of a badass blond female in space, that being Samus in Metroid and then that chick from Total Recall (who isn't a lead character and a villain).  In recent years, all blonde women have been good for in the entertainment media are love interests, pathetic action leads, and horror victims.

 This choice shows that not only fans, but also Bioware, want to break stereotypical barriers.  When someone new picks up the game and plays as default FemShep, the character will exceed expectations that were established from her looks.  And that is what Shepard does: exceed expectations.
