Yes.  I'd prefer to have my shep, or no shep(like the ME2 CE).

Yes.  I'd prefer to have my shep, or no shep(like the ME2 CE).

You will never have your shep no one will. Unless you have literally waited for Bioware to make a Female shepard exactly like you pictured ignoring what anyone else wanted and put it on the front cover of the ME3 CE box.

I was pretty disgusted when I found out sheploo was on the back of the ME2 metal case, so I always opened it from the Collector side.  Now I'll have no safe zone.  One or the other will be in my face, and I hate both.

Facebook: 68,477 "likes" vs. BSN (marshalleck's poll): 1,983 votes.

- Shepard 1: 11% vs. 14%
- Shepard 2: 7% vs. 8%
- Shepard 3: 16% vs. 12%
- Shepard 4: 18% vs. 18%
- Shepard 5: 43% vs. 41%

#5 is clearly in the lead by over 20% in both polls and only 2% lower on BSN. #2, #4, and #5 are all within a 2% margin. The only real difference is in their opinions of #1 and #3, with BSN leaning towards 1 and FB leaning towards 3.

The final choice will probably resemble #5 the most due to such an overwhelming preference by the community, but I wouldn't get married to any specific feature at this stage, like hair color. Chances are they'll look at the vote distribution and comments to make minor tweaks (like hair color, skin tone, face structure), and the modelers/artists will most certainly have to make some interpretations once it makes the jump from concept to model.

What you're failing to understand, is that 60% could potentially be against blonde shep.

Haha yeah...

Rest of these "hate" arguments are pretty silly too. Nobody has a really good reason why Shepard couldn't look like that. Just because someone has made their Shepard and default Shepard doesn't look like it, doesn't mean that default Shepard is somehow "wrong".

But this thread is pretty funny to read.

Just curious, what would happen if you looked at it from the Sheploo side? Would it be like Raiders of the Lost Ark or something; ghosts come out and drain your blood?

Here's a solution for that "little problem" of yours:
1) Grab a blank DVD case with nothing in it
2) Grab the ME3 CD
3) Open the blank DVD case
4) Put the ME3 CD in the blank DVD case
5) Grab a paper
6) Write "ME3 game" on it
7) Shove it under the plastic of the DVD case
8) Close the DVD case
9) Put it between your games collection
10) ??????
11) PROFIT!

And you cannot have everything you want. Live. with. it.

Now that's something I would love to see.

Hell, if push comes to shove, you could just photoshop your own Shepard and make your own cover. It probably wouldn't even be that hard. Come to think of, a man could make some decent money providing such a service...
