As silly as it is, I find myself in need to access the configure appliance to get my ME1 save to import and whatnot, however, as the title implies, I can't find the Launcher Application.
I've searched through every folder in the Bioware > Mass Effect 2 folder, and I can't find the stinking thing. The binaries folder is suspiciously empty. The game was purchased from Amazon, and not Steam, as further information, and I was able to find the ME2 application that sends me straight into the game, without using the launcher.
Is there some way I can find the launcher or find a different way of launching the launcher?
Sorry make such a silly thread, but I really need to get to that dang Game Launcher! Thanks in advance.

where the exe to lauch the game should also be one to launch the config directly as well. You don't have to launch the config from the flash if you can find the config exe to launch directly.

Unfortunately, I tried reinstalling the game and now I can't even find the .exe to run the game. I am so lost.

I am running XP, and on my machine it is under Drive>program files>Mass Effect 2 and in that folder mass effect 2 is the launcher for the flash that has music and a choice of what to launch from there ie the game or config etc.
If you click on Binaries you get the direct exe for the game and config utilities.
