So I'm an American in the Army stationed in England and happened to purchase a European copy of Mass Effect 2. Much to my chagrin, the redemption code for the Cerberus Network that came with the game didn't work. I contacted EA Tech Support, and they helped me solve the issue: I created a new PSN account and made sure the region was set to the UK. I redeemed my code and downloaded the Cerberus Pack.

Here's where I run into a strange issue. I've downloaded all of the available DLC for Mass Effect 2 on the PSN. Though I downloaded the Cerberus Pack under a different PSN ID, it allowed me to use it under my original, American PSN ID. The appearance packs also work. The other DLCs, however, do not, and it's driving my crazy. The Aegis pack, Arrival, all of the other item packs...

I'm not sure how to fix the issue. I've deleted and re-downloaded, and re-installed all of the DLC, restarted my console, and made sure that I'm connected to the EA servers. I've downloaded and installed all of the DLC on my American PSN ID after downloading the Cerberus pack on my UK PSN ID. I'm not really sure what else to try.

I've paid for all fo this content and I want to be able to use it. I feel a bit cheated that the issue seems to stemming from a region-locked redemption code. Has anyone encountered a similar issue, with item packs not showing up?

I really HATE region lock...
Did you buy the Aegis pack, Arrival, all of the other item packs using your american account or european account? If it was the european account it should work just fine so you should contact support. If you used the american PSN then I think you have to repeat what you did before for the Cerberus pack.
