IMDB is not a very reliable source and can be updated by users. I think it's best to only add cast that's been confirmed by BioWare employees or the cast themselves.

That tweet only confirms that the characters are returning:
@TeeShepz Like most key characters in the ME universe, Miranda and Jacob will be in #ME3, but details beyond that would be story spoilers.
It does not confirm that those characters have the same VAs. Sure, it's highly probable, but not confirmed.

It might have something to do with some other actor that died who had the same name.
Her agent have the right to change her name at will if he/she doesn't think it fits, after all.

As I said, Mark Meer did Mordin in the demo. And I definitely noticed a difference. Mark Meer is a fine actor, but Michael Beattie owns the character in a way Meer cannot.

Mark Meer did that. Also, people should really stop saying "Check IMDb". It's user-edited. It's not necessarily correct.

Hm, really? Well, props to Mark Meer then, because it sounded totally normal to me. I could probably hear a difference if I had a longer sample to listen to but he did a fine job of it that set off no "augh so wrong!!" alarm bells in my head.
