The warm orb is key to a secret - but you have to travel back to the courtyard before the hideout to find it (you may want to poke around some other threads here for the big reveal).
The full set is acquired throughout the tower, including after the big boss battle. The headpiece is found after unlocking the light beam puzzle. The big boss drops the chestpiece/robe. The boots and gloves are found in chests, I believe but I don't quite recall the specifics on those.

The way to get the hat is different, depending on who Hawke chooses to side with. The beam puzzle only happens if you side with Larius. Janeka's puzzle involves one-off switch turning.

The boots are in the Carta hideout, and the gloves in the fire unlockable sarcophagus in the tower base.

So you're making your first run through the DLC? You've *just* killed the bronto, or you've killed the bronto some time ago and have wandered back?
If its the latter, and you have the warm orb, you should see an obelisk in the courtyard. Maybe courtyard isn't the right word, but it's the area with the wide open section in the middle, surrounded by scaffolding where the Carta lobbed arrows at you upon first entering. Touch the obelisk and you'll find...something. If you don't already know from reading other threads, it's a pretty tense battle. I'll tell you that much.

No I have played the dlc a couple of times now was one of the first I believe to have finished it however like always there is always something we miss even if we do look everywhere. Hasn't ever occurred to me to go back as never seen a reason why until now.
But in the carta hideout now and once i get the orb ill backtrack.

The clues for going back are very subtle, I certainly would have missed them. One of the codex plaques mentions something about a foul smell, then when you pick up the orb Varric (in my playthroughs) mentions a smell like rotting meat...

Tense battle is putting it mildly to be honest with you there. Sabriana Hawke<warrior> Bethany, Issy, and Aveline in the party 2nd play through of the mod and 1st time finding this gem of a battle. Everyone got their butts handed to them cept for Sabrina. All in all though one excellent battle to say the least.
