How many Renegade points do I need to use the "I'm a Spectre" dialouge? If not that, how can I get the guy to make a confession fast?

And I forgot to say that you can use your browser's search function for the section you need. Use "I'm a spectre" to find the paragraph.
And here's the relevant wiki section, for the entire interrogation, but it doesn't really help with trying to figure out how much you would need for that one option, other than say a high renegade score.

Its also worth noting that it works on a percentage scale, not a total points scale.
ie:
Points earned / number of points available in the game up until that stage.
This is why Renegons and Paragades are "punished" for not sticking to the one morality throughout the game.

I usually stay Paragon, but go Renegade when I feel like I would if this were real life....God I sound like such a dork....
