Grey Wardens in DA3..sure why not. Wait in ME3? Uh.....how would that even work? DA and ME are two completely different universes and time periods. So to answer your question, NO!!!!

You may jest, but I've often thought that it would be nice to find that elements of fantasy (such as dwarves and elves) actually exist on another planet. It might be quite a good idea to combine sci-fi and fantasy in this way. It'd be interesting. I guess it's a straight NO from the die-hard ME/sci-fi crowd, but I like the idea.
