Reinstallation issues

I bought Dragon age origins through steam but purchased, The Stone Prisoner and Wardens Keep. Both of which worked when I originally played the game, I reinstalled them on my new pc and Dragon age is working perfectly, and Im logged in to my account, I see the 2 downloads ready to install, but when I attempt to download them it sits at 0%. Any ideas, Im probably sure its something silly im overlooking but any help would be appreciated.

Have you made sure that all of the necessary ports have been opened in your firewall? (see the Solutions Round-Up thread pinned to the top of this forum)
If they are and you are not having difficulty logging into your account in-game, you may want to try downloading the DLC from the Dragon Age Wiki. They will still require authorization, but they can be installed using the daupdater without having to download them in-game (when they download they should have a .dazip extension, open then using daupdater)
