After doing the suicide mission and only having Kasumi and Morinth left over, I found that I could get back Mordin and Garrus by doing their loyalty mission afterwards

With Mordin, have everything setup for the mission, talking to the chief scout about taking the truck, but DO NOT take the truck! If you do the suicide mission first, get Mordin killed, you can come back and take the truck and Presto! Mordin is alive! After doing the mission you will find Mordin back on your ship, happy to chat, but in the team status he will be 'redded' out so I couldn't take him out on future missions

Same thing with Garrus, get it setup ready to take that taxi to the factory, but do the suicide mission first and have Garrus killed, you can come back and take that taxi, and Garrus will once again be fighting by your side.

Bit of a bug there! Or of course, just don't be stupid and get them killed off in the first place...

True, but if the QA team spent all their time testing for illogical ways to bug the game out, they wouldnt have time to test the logical ways.
Im not saying they would fix them (ie: clipping), just wouldnt test for them.

Wiser words have never been spoken. I'm personally looknig forward to Mordins rendition of "Three Little Maids" in ME3, given he is a Gilbert and Sullivan fan.

Does this work for Samara as well - starting her loyalty quest until the point-of-no-return (entering the club by saying "Jaruut")?

I'm sure reviving a Garrus that can only be talked to on the ship is a rewarding experience.

It might work for Samara, I didn't try as I already killed her off and had Morinth. You would just have to see if talking to the Turian will give you the option to say Jaruut

You could, maybe, replay just the suicide mission and choose the correct biotic, loyal Jack, Samara or Morrinth.

Thanks The Gray Ranger! But I dont have a save before the Suicide Mission. I mean, I have, but is WAAAAY before. =/ If there was some kind of "mission select" it would be awesome.

But again, thanks for the info. =]

You shoudl have a save. Look in the menu and there will be a "restart mission" save.

Ha, that's a funny bug. I'm sure they'll still count as dead in ME3, but interesting that they show up on the ship. Probably because after loyalty missions you get special dialogue, so it makes them show up for that.

Well there's always Gibbed's save editor.

The game is fun to play. Have another run through it. There's plenty of time before ME3 comes out.

And for Pete's sake, don't rely only on one save!  At least save before all your missions.
