You chooise? I have always selected save council, because I think council can help in mass effect 3.

Always try to save them. You shouldn't need any other reason than intentionally letting someone decent and on the the side of good die (even if they were initially rather mis-guided) is not a good thing.

saved council but they still will not say there are reaper will have to see in ME3, or will make for last add-on in two after arrivel.
