you must register the game mate, just enter the UPC code from the back of the box into this website and it will start uploading automatically.not exactly working for me though :(

I am in exactly the same position. This is actually the reason I posted here. I do have a twelve-digit number under my barcode, but when I type it in it doesn't work. Says it is invalid. I would really love to post my characters on the site but it is impossible in this situation.

Thats strange because i only started game and redemed my codes to get all collectors edition stuff and it automatically showed up here. (Progress, achivements, kills etc and all stuff i have done ingame).

Note! I was already a EA member before so maybe it goes automatically?

*smiles awkwardly*

I think I've stuffed everything up. I think when I linked the game to my account, that I linked it to Zenthius, [password] rather than [email], password. Is there anyway I can be helped?

I don't think you need the register the game as I've only done that today and it's been updating but my equipment wasn't correct last time I looked everything else seems fine, have you got the 2 boxes checked in "manage account" in the options menu?

Yep, but I think I'm linked to "Zenthius" rather than my email. Do you think that's the problem?

There was a glitch announced on this site about this. To get your character stats to update you need to change what your character is wearing and save the game. It's supposed to upload every time you save, but only after an hour of the last update. However, this glitch is making the game only upload after a change of armor. I'm not sure if its just the main armor or you need to do armor gloves and boots. I know the helmet doesn't matter.

I don't think I have the same thing; I think this is something I did wrong. I don't have a character on my profile at all, so I'm assuming I typed in "Zenthius" rather than "[email]" when I tried to link my game to the account. Is EA able to cancel the link to "Zenthius" or something, so I can type in the email as I was supposed to?

I think for this to work properly, you require two things  : -

1. Register your UPC (from back of the box) on your account, through the Profile >> Register Games option.

UPC : - 12 digit numeric code present present on the outside of the box. It should look like 123456789012. (you do not need to include any dashes when entering the UPC).

2. You would also need to link your PlayStation Network ID (PSN ID) with your Bioware/EA account, It should happen automatically. You can check if your PSN ID is linked with your EA account by follwoing these steps: -

- Go to EA.com.
- Click on Signin at the bottom of the page.
- Login using your Bioware/EA account name.
- Click on "Welcome, your E-mail address" at the bottom of the page.
- You would be at "EA Account Manager" page, scroll down a bit to get to "Select A Default Persona" section.
- If your PSN ID is available as a persona at this section, it means it is properly linked with your account. It will show like this: -

SomeCallMeGenius
(PLAYSTATION Network Online ID) <<-- If it doesn't say this, it may be some other persona name, similar to your PSN ID.

If you however you don't find the ID at this section. You can try linking your PSN ID with your EA account. For this, just click on the "Add Persona" button available at the same page.

On the next page select "existing PLAYSTATION Network Online ID" and enter your PSN ID in the account name section. Click on the "Add Persona button to complete the process.

If you get "Sorry, that PLAYSTATION Network Online ID has already been taken. Please try another one." error that means your PSN ID is already linked with another EA account and you would need EA support to link it with your correct account. If you are contacting EA through email support option, make sure you include the below information to speed up the process: -

- Your PSN ID:
- Your EA account name:
- Your date of birth:
- Any alternate email you use:

If you get "Sorry, we can't find information about that PLAYSTATION Network Online ID......." error that means you PSN ID hasn't yet registered in EA database. To correct this, download any EA demo that has online play option, off the PlayStation Store (preferrably LOTR Conquest demo) and go online. Should do the trick. Else, contact EA support.
Hope this lonnnnng post :) would help some of you guys.

So here's part of my dilemma:

PSN Account email: [email]_psn@hotmail.com

EA/Bioware Account email: [personal email]@hotmail.com

On a separate note, yes, I was told "Sorry, that PLAYSTATION Network Online ID has already been taken. Please try another one."

If I create an EA/Bioware Account with: [email]_psn@hotmail.com, do you think this could work? Then I use that account whenever I log on to here?

Okay. So I discovered that my [email]_psn@hotmail.com does in fact have an EA account. I don't remember making it, so perhaps that is what I used when I made my Dragon Age link. So, theoretically, if I make a Bioware account using that email address, it would link to my console.

Think it'll work?

Hi! My name is Maechre, and I am Zenthius in an all new form. See, all I had to do was log in with the EA account that was already there, then update some info like username etc.

As you can see, here is my character, Renir. Not much of an inventive portrait, but alas, he is not put together very well. He has poinless skills in archery when he does not use a bow. In fact, the purpose of this playthrough is to learn the levelling system, interface and everything, so when I get to the characters I really want to play, I will understand how to make them better.

Thank you to all of you who helped me here. Without your suggestions, I doubt I would have gotten to this point.

It really did! I got my PS3 to link up, I didn't realize I had so many trophies! (Of Course, I had to create another user through this site, but *meh*) Thanks Again! :wizard:
