Anyone have a solution of how to fix Mass Effect one, the game wont start, it just crashes when i try and play it
Mass Effect 1 Configure crash at launch, windows 7 64bit.

I think that he might have patched the game to 1.02

I installed 1.02, it still didn't start. So I just right clicked ME and executed it as administrator. From then on it worked. (No need to always execute as admin.)

You need to update to 1.02 with admin athority I was having the same prob till I updated to 1.02

Currently downloading the 1.02 patch. The ME3 demo made me wanna finish ME1 for once (always got errors right after I recruited Wrex on my Vista computer, let's see how it works on my Win7 64-bits)
