i am wondering if you are having a champion and bard in your party, with the buffs on - how much will their buffs going to help? is it just some minor help or does it have a major impact since it affects all member of the group? if the second, then any party with the two will be superior to a party without...?

I think they'd have to carry considerable impact, in order for them to warrant a dedicated specialization. They are competing with far more direct specializations as duelist and berserker.

yeah, but its not a single player game but a group game - playing as a groupd is determined from the beginning and they will affect the whole group - so they dont need to be "equal" weighted on a single-character base
