Such a silly question. You would think it would be made sooooo obvious, but I guess we are dealing with BioWare.
I see that patch 1.03 came out in June. Huh. Do I have 1.02 or 3? Can't remember; should have created a Word document as I updated. My fault. Bugger!! Software companies cause this ALL the time. Yet...weird...with Dragon Age, there is no way to tell which version you have. I'm sure there is a logical explaination.
Or is there? Do I have to be caller 496 in the telephone cue to support and wait until March of 2013 for my call to be answered?

I believe if you're playing in windowed mode it'll say at the top but in any case you can go to the Main Menu > Options > Account and down at the bottom it says Customer support information with a button that says view beside it - click that and it'll tell you what version you are running and the versions of all the DLC you have installed.

Ah...TY! Now I feel like the village idiot. Do you have to perform this ritual to retrieve it by also standing on you're head, and spinning counterclockwise? (the sarchasm isn't directed towards you) All programs known to man have the version avaiable under Help>About. Guess they wanted to be different and make a game within a game to find it.

You can also see your version number at the top of the launch window.
