He's been known to enhance the truth from time to time. I'm convinced it's Liara but I understand that people don't trust everything Mr pietsly says. Once on the old forums someone posted a character roster of who he thought would be the ME2 squadmates. All of them were correct, Priestly said "No, try again."

I feel like they were throwing this at us as a teaser. You hear the afterlife music + you see a squad mate face who looks like Aria. It couldn't be any clearer. This is a teaser that we are supposed to discover or a total coincidence.

And compare the lines and "facial" structure with the porttrait we have in the OP. It's nearly identical, it's just her "scarf" that is not as present in this picture. I will see if I get a better picure for reference.

You heard BW, it's a placeholder graphic. Can't be sure of the race, but said it's in all likelihood the proper gender. So we know it's female, but not necessarily asari! It's so obvious now. Female prothean!!! Prothy is a female! Start a new thread that prothy should have black eyeliner and.. well.. not blonde!

Watch the episode at about 1:43 onwards to get a better image. It is Tali I tell you. I don't understand how someone can misinterprete that image, ... do I really have that good an eyesight or am I hallucinating?

Aww...sucks the team head icons are still in the same place,don't much care for having blue dots on my back.

Also...Athetya,Flash player absolutely refuses to work on my computer so I cant watch the vid but that kind of looks like Samara...but purple.

I can only presume that what you are interpreting as Tali's mask i that the face has some shading which is more purple where Tali's visor would be, and then there is a brighter tone around where the jaw parts of Tali's mask would be

But to me I can't conclude that it is anything but an asari face with some lighting / toning

That and along with its distinct form that scarf has (which also looks like the Asari's head-appendages to other people).

I have zoomed in on the picture and the disparency in colors is so evident, that Asari must have painted the lower half of her face white so that it would look like that.

And as we see how that is an alliance fighter dock, unless Aria is a permanent Squadmember (which I doubt given we already have Liara in that role she could fit into and that the team is supposed to be smaller than in ME2), I can most certainly outrule Aria.
The color tone is definetely not Liara (especially that weird make-up she'd have, if it was make-up) and another Asari seems quite improbable being even temporary made squadmate.

I stand to my opinion and eyes, I say that is Tali (or another Quarian at least, as I find that head structure most telling).

It is definitely an asari I'm with someone with mass. The colours are off, it's just a purple ball, talks helmet is not a purple ball, judging from the photo. Sorry for double post, iPod sucks.

Seeing how this boild down to me versus everyone else, or less compatitive Quarian vs Asari, why don't we make a little bet or something?

I already PM'ed evil Demigod Chris on whether he can clarify (unlikely to happen, but hope dies last) ... the only thing worth talking about now would be what be the price for the one/s to win?
