Okay, I'm just going around cause I'm fairly bored trying to make everything 100% discovered and while I still got a few more things to explore...I found everything that it says on there on the wiki masseffect.wikia.com/wiki/Faryar but it still only says 85% is discovered...any ideas?

I had something similar with another system. Everything finished, but stuck at 85%. I just assumed it is a bug.

Some systems have very small planets hidden in the asteroid belt or so close to the sun that you can't see then. I can't remember Faryar off the top of my head but I do know that I've explored every system to 100% so there's no bug and the planets are certainly there. Fly inside and closely around the sun to see if a planet is there but which is hidden from view on the sun's farside. Also scour any asteroid belt if there is one. Some planets are quite hard to find...
