I tried today to buy the N7 Complete Arsenal Pack bundle that has all the weapons, armor, apperances packs. I go into the Mass Effect 2 Add-On section but the dlc pack is not there. I go to search to see whether or not it was just removed or something.
It comes up so I naturally select it to but it, then a message pops up saying I am unable to access the content from my account.
I have no idea why this has happened. I had the dlc show up before in the Add-On section and now it is not there and says I cannot access it.
I have purchased the Appearance Pack 2 prior to doing this, and I am curious if that has something to do with it? I do not see how but could it be a possible reason? I don't see how this prevents me from buying this dlc even though I have one part of the pack already bought.
I don't wish to buy all the included packs seperatley as it would cost far more than it would in this pack which defeats the purpose of the dlc in the first place then wouldn't it?
Does anyone know what I should do?
PSN won't let me get N7 Complete Arsenal Pack

I have, I posted a similar post on their forum. I was hoping that I was not a singular instance for this type of thing. This has never happened where an item is somehow no longer available to me on the PSN.
Plus their response thus far is "That error message indicates that the parental controls on your PSN account are set too low to purchase that DLC. Mass Effect 2 is an M-rated game, which means that it is for ages 17 and up. Are you using a sub-account?
GKP"
I don't use a sub-account, and I'm 23 so what is the point of parental controls on a console system where I'm the only one who uses it and am clearly old enough to purchase things for an M-rated game. To reiterate, I don't have parental controls active right now.
Does anyone have any suggestions beyond asking psn support?

Sorry to hear this, this is one of the reasons i have never bought anything off of PSN in the years i have own my PS3. There might be some sort of marker that once you buy a certain DLC that is also part of the bundle, you are stuck buying the individual DLC at a higher price.

Someone on the PSN support forum said that the dlc was a limited time only, which might be a possibility but it has been around since January so I don't think that is right. Plus this is a PS3 exclusive according to the ME wiki, and there was no indicator saying it was limited time or that they discontinued the dlc, especially after only being out less than a year and there is another dlc that came out, Arrival, so it isn't like the dlc is old for the PS3 at least.
I sent an email to the PSN support people so waiting on them.
This just makes me mad that it looks like I might have to pay more for a pack that is cheaper together. Hoping this is just a glitch they can just flip the proverbial switch and let me buy this.
