I suppose that technically making it so Tali was always in love with you from the beginning might be considered to be one, but it still makes sense given context. And if they'd intended that from the beginning, in which case it wouldn't be a retcon, how would you be able to tell the difference?
Liara reveals in LOTSB that Tali always liked Shepard, but was just really shy. Given Tali's personality, it fits and shouldn't be considered a retcon IMHO. Also, things have changed. Plenty of people start off as friends and then develop deep intimate feelings for said person, though it doesn't always happen that way.

The thing about Conrad and Sha'ira is...
Yeah, Conrad says you shoved a gun in his face no matter what, and the radio says Sha'ira is leaving the Citadel in disgrace... but if those brief ME2 mentions are the ends of their story arcs, then so what? Sha'ira in particular will have been a very minor character, and (let me guess) Conrad's ME2 mission is exactly the same if you correct the bug with the PC mod, save for slightly different introduction dialogue.
And if Sha'ira's story does continue into ME3, then the question you have to ask is, will BioWare even bother to write a continuation of the story where she doesn't leave the Citadel? After all, only a tiny portion of PC players will have the "correct" version. Everyone else will have the version where she leaves, even if you give Septimus' data to the Elcor embassador.
I didn't have the Conrad glitch on mine, but I did have the Sha'ira one. Also, they patched a few problems on ME2, like making the scanners faster, for instance - and also removing those exploits.

Tali had a character development and so would Joker if he decided to charm shep in 3 however changing a hetro character to s/s for their like gender shep is a retcon in the same way making Mordin or Samara hot for shep in 3 is a retcon.

No it isn't. Mordin and Samara turned Shep down and said they're not interested. Ash/Kaidan didn't turn same-sex Shep down or said they weren't interested, just like Tali didn't. If you keep calling it a retcon, then you have to kep calling Tali a retcon as well, simple.Destroy Raiden wrote...

No, I didn't. On the only profile I was nice to him on, I never got the intimidated reaction. He's just impersonating Shepard with fake armor and all that other stuff.

I wouldn't say that, Destroy Raiden. You're also displaying a fairly simplistic understanding of the human psyche when it comes to development. Also, your Samara comparison is terrible, as it's clear that she does have feelings for Shepard in 2, but has sworn herself away from having an intimate relationship.

Seriously, it's a bug in ME1.
And you can modify XBOX 360 saves as well.
Only PS3 is left dry, since it doesn't even have ME1 do to Microsoft.
Actually it is a bug in ME2 with the porting code. So they will make DLC but not patch the game?
And yes I can mod my 360 but if I even think about using that 360 or that data on live than I would be in violation of the terms of service. A perma-ban offense no less.
Nope you can mod ME1/2 save files without getting banned seeing as you're not using it to gain a unfair advantage over anyone. If you were to say mod a online multiplayer game such as Halo or COD you would be banned until the year 9999 but because ME is singleplayer you're fine.
Want proof? There's a 137 page long thread dedicated to modding 360 game save fo ME2 on 360 and I personally started messing about with my files a few days and I'm sitting here connected to xbox live through it on my 360.

Did the asari slap you outside the bar? If not, then you got the intimidated reaction. Which largely is just him yapping in the fake armor and all that other stuff. There's also the fact that if you see him and you haven't modified the save, you always get the Renegade version. Always.

She kinda threatens you, right? If so, then yeah.
I didn't know the Sha'ira thing was glitched though. I always thought it was odd that she'd left after I helped her out.

No, she HITS you if you charmed him. Look: you got the Intimidated reaction. That's all you CAN get unless you mod the save. Period. This seems to be a case of your memory being vague instead of a heretofore unheard of ME2 miracle.

Yeah I get constructive criticism but some of the whining that occurs here is just childish and annoying. Especialy when it is over a minor issue. If it had been a major story decision the OP might have a point but he is whining about something inconsequential. Bioware has alot of patience when it comes to some of the things people post on their forums. I wouldn't be so patient.

That's what I meant. She starts threatening you afterward. I did have a friend who mods so he might have fixed it, but the point is, I've had the paragon reaction. I'm not gonna argue with you.

That's one hell of a glitch. I had problems with my save when I was paragon but made the renegade decision- you know, kill of the ascension but allow aliens to be in the new council- because that always read in the port as renegade, which sucked. Did anyone ever find a way to rectify that?

Really, because from what I've read and seen the graphics are the same on all systems for ME3, and ME2 looks the best on the PS3 (probably because it came out like a year after it did for PC and 360).PnXMarcin1PL wrote...
Have you read one of the interviews about ME3? Console versions will have (most probably, ) cosmetically worse graphics than the PC version. PC version is being done simuntaneously with consoles. So it'll be different on PS3 and X360 and it'll be different on PC. Anyway your loss pal. Crying for some old bug and things that are commonly done by every company is childlish.
That's impossible. Along with the many other things, ME2 and ME3 do/will look 1 gazillion times better on PC becuase of:
1. 1080p
2. 60+ FPS
End of story.
And yes, i believe BW should QA this game thoroughly. The last thing i want is to import my game and find out half my team is dead due to a **** import function.

As far as I'm aware, letting the Destiny Ascension be destroyed IS the renegade option, regardless if you let aliens be in the new council or not? Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

It is, but if your paragon is higher than your Renegade bar, you get the option to create another council with aliens from those races. If you are completely renegade, then you don't get the option.

I figure Bioware, while they were discussing this, figured that by the time this glitch came to light too many people have already done their main playthrough. A lot of people (myself included) consider their first playthrough to be the most important and their "canon" run. Patching this AFTER a lot of people already did this run would just make running into Conrad in ME3 even stranger with that version of your Shepard.
Sure, you can go back and play the entire game to redo the encounter with Conrad.....but do you really want to reset your main run just because of a tiny error? Wouldn't it make much more sense, in order to help out the players, for Bioware to just figure out a way in ME3 to explain why he said he shoved a gun in your face even if you didn't?
