 I loaded the autosave after completing the campaign and it seems to replay the last conversation with Meredith before freezing up and not allowing me to do anything. How do I fix this problem? I've tried quiting the game and reloading the autosave but it didn't seem to work.

Go back to the save before fighting Meredith and redo that.
There was an issue in older version where killing her before she finishes her ambient dialogs (usually if you're stun immune) causes this to happen.

I had to go back and do the Meridith fight again to get rid of this glitch.

I got past this by leaving the message about playing with DLC on the screen. Once all the dialogue had finished I pressed O and was able to walk around the Hawke estate. However I can only go the the Black Emporium and nowhere else. Just purchased the Exiled prince but no quests show up for me to do.

That's because exiled prince takes place during the the course of the game itself.  Meaning it's treated as part of the normal game instead of DLC because sebastians quests directly tie into the main plot (so to speak) meaning if you didnt do them before you went off to the gallows to start the final confrontation, you're pretty much screwed.  As far as being able to only go to the BE.  Thats normal, and not a glitch.
