I wonder why most people assume that Rainbow is a lesbian. As a gay guy, I see her as a tomboy and not really as a butch. She does have crushes for man ponies after all. Oh well, fans will be fans. XD

Its the rainbows. Thats it. Some see it as an excuse to write her as a lesbian/bisexual in fanfiction.

So far in the show we have no idea what her sexuality is.

Well, I got the rainbow flag reference... Though seeing so many slash pairings on a show made for kids is just sickening. Oh well, I guess I'm old fashioned for my own good. XD

I know, it's silly... But I'm thinking of the children, dear. Mostly all of them don't know what sex is.
And I'm glad this show isn't going there. Though, I wonder if they'll give us a "stork-like" version of birth for MLP. XD
I think it would be interesting to see some parenting in the show. Well, Twilight is already a good exemple, because she raised Spike and all... It could always be interesting to see the ponies point of view on birth.
