Alright argument with friends time, WE've been having this discussion for an hour or so and i need to be heading to bed so i'm turning it over to you.

Basically we're arguing about Keldeo's Design, one says it could be taken Copy Paste out of Pokemon and inserted into FiM With no problems the other says Minor Edits, Personally i say it would need radically changes to the face and the back and probably some tweaks to the legs and the mane-ish parts.

I also say that Deerling has more in common with generl  Pony design than Keldeo does and would more easily conform to the FiM pony style than keldeo.  Pics to compare.
Incidentally they claim that keldeo is based off of rainbow dash. Below is a comparison of rarity to keldeo with small horn.

Now for Deerling who, again, i see as having more in common with the general design of fim ponies than keldeo

Yeah, that's what i was saying, that one horseish/deerish pokemon was no more a refrence than a first generation ponyta or rapidash were. If you cartoonize a pony there aren't too many different places for it go. Edit: Meaning that something that was once horseish is still going to look pretty horseish when cartoonized even if they are entirely different designs Like Keldeo.

To clarify though they are saying you could Copy Paste Keldeo into the show with no or incredibly few changes and it would fit perfectly.

Awesome cover. Shame the UK is so far behind on everything FiM, it's ridiculous. I still don't think we even have season 2 yet.
