Interesting news everypony!  That drought we had last summer completely roflrolled most of the USA's apple crop this year, except in states that didn't get hit as hard like Washington, so all the apple farmers in my area are making a whole ton of money.  Do you think that anyone in the Apple Family has ever considered sending pegasus hirelings to create droughts over rival farmers' orchards?

Looks like we're expecting a new member in the Applejack family.

Please read this before the article:  The link above is about the signs of a fading fandom, using bronies as an example. Note that the article gives references to behavior such as racism, sexism( through noting this examples are not in the majority) as well as incidents of harassment within the community. If you do not think you would like to read a article that makes mention of this concerning bronies it would probably be
best if you do not read it. Thanks .

Ivandra Ceruden: The intention of posting the article was not to make you depressed, I can only apologize if I did so. However if I may borrow a response  from one of the comments in the article.

"First off, I applaud you for attempting to bring to light problems in the brony fandom, as there are a couple (notably the drama issue).  However... I take issue with most of the claims in this article. The 3rd point itself, is especially glaring.  You used one example (Yamino) to declare that most "Big Name Fans" are keeping their distance?  If you did any further research beyond that one example, you would realize that the specific claim that 'Big name fans are keeping their distance' is simply not true.  Since you used one example, I'll also use one: Andrew W.K.  His recent appearance and panel at the Canterlot Gardens convention was a huge event, and he hardly shies away from talking about MLP:FiM or bronies in interviews.  From my perspective, it seems you started out with the desire to write an article about how the fandom is fading and then cherry-picked your sources to confirm it.  I feel as though had you talked to others, notably Final Draft over at Everfree Radio, the mods over at Equestria Daily, or any of the big name musicians, you might have been given a different perspective. In any event, it would be nice to see another article on here that takes the opposite point of view, that way readers can look at them both and come to their own conclusions. Just my humble opinion.  Cheers!-Mac"
