Well, Matt Smith had only just started as the Doctor when Season 1 was airing, I think. Plus Whooves has bears more resemblence to Tennant anyways.

Which is a good thing Baron as Tennant(imo) was the better Doctor anyway thus Whooves is the best Whooves he can be.

I've seen 3 episodes with Matt Smith and no episodes with the other doctors, so I'll just have to take your word for it,

So I was thinking for the premiere of the new season, we should all go to bronystate and watch it together like when we all saw the season finale for last time? Lets all meet up at say, the Applejack channel? Cuz applejack isnt popular right? Lots of room there for us.
