ProfPirate, try opening the image on a seperate tab and copy from the address bar there. Otherwise just drag and drop the image.

Failing that upload the image to an image hosting site and take it from there.

EA + Twi may equal, 3, 4 or more than that, depending on whether or not Twi wants to become the next Catherine the Great.

Dash is probably fairly important to the town, too, given her apparent position as the head of the weather team. But, well, she's not really the most reliable and responsible of ponies. Loyal, loveable, sure, not not the other two adjectives. 

Twilight seems like more of a town leader thatn the mayor, really, and partly due to having a direct line to Celestia, but she's still a glorified grad student.
