So what, the exclusive comic covers also have different artists.

Treating the art as pre-G4 MLP isn't exactly a good tiding for the book. As if seaponies and "Aquastria" (SERIOUSLY?) weren't enough.

At first I was going to say it may be a pen name and not the real one. I checked the biography, and that's the real name. It looks like she's had a great deal of experience with illustrations directed towards children.

It's actually a shotgun cartridge (not sure if that is the right word). I also thought it was a cigar at first.

So I checked out the FIM wiki for the first time in a while.

Yes, they're still as asinine as ever. But the mobile game and releases of other merchandise have forced them to start using names like "Lyra Heartstrings" and note that "Golden Harvest" has the nickname "Carrot Top", instead of claiming that such names have no reliable sources and thus cannot be used.

I can only imagine how much it must have burned throwawaytv to have to change those names.
