 Kinda reminds me of a crossover ship I read about them once.  I especially liked these lines.
Amy Rose got home from buying groceries. She put away all the ingredients and went to check her missed phone calls.
"Beep, you have one voice mail." said her answering machine.
"Hey Amy," she heard Sonic say on the message. "listen I just dumped you for a cool new girlfriend who is WAY faster then you and also more cool, and also she's a pony. I'm just letting you know so uh ok bye! I have to start dating her now! *Click*"
Amy froze for a moment then went into her kitchen and got two containers of ice cream, sat on her couch, and started eating them with her hands.

Also laughed. It's sad, but I can see that happening... frankly, rainbow dash and sonic have far more in common. Since the conception of Amy way back when, it was made clear that Sonic's not exactly madly in love with the girl.

Why I'm taking rainbow dash and a blue hedgehog in a relationship seriously is beyond me.

I don't, especially considering I did the same thing here.

While I hate the "cult" joke thrown around Apple, I've got to say that telling everyone at AppleInsider and MacDailyNews that they are completely bonkers, druken on kool-aid, and never returning to those sites were some of the best actions I could take for the sake of my sanity.

It could work. Something along the lines of one of the more elderly ponies a la Cranky Doodle/Granny Smith? He'd make a good voice actor, it just a question of the When/where/how.

It's also kinda hilarious how much Tails has in common with Scootaloo.  Small orange thing that's obsessed with the fast blue thing.
