I'd categorize the issue similar to A Friend in Deed's, the Cranky Doodle Dandy episode. They spent far too long hammering on the same point, and the pacing takes a nosedive.

Edit: And A Friend In Deed is the perfect comparison. Alas, it had Smile Smile Smile and Pinkie wasn't OOC, so that's still the better episode (even though the hammering was almost more irritating than this week's)

Don't mind if I do. MLP and Animaniacs Rebooted? I'll take it. All the cartoon afficionados are likely having a heart attack about now.

Back to MLP Discussion, I still have a strong sense that Keep Calm and Flutter On is going to be a key episode in this season, especially from what's been released thus far. There's a lot of creative opportunity with that premise that I'd like to see.
