[REDACTED] and [EXPUNGED] are okay, but I prefer █████ ███████ myself.

Just use a UK proxy for now. Not a big deal. Parody falls under fair use laws, and it isn't a grey area either like fanfiction.

No more than equestriagirls.com was theft. It could easily be construed as a pirate site.

I can understand how the site owner(s) would be upset losing their "baby", but Hasbro's got the right to "steal" what is already theirs.

YouTube's ContentID system seems to be a real pain in the flank lately. Well, it's always been. I figured the Equestria Girls thing was Hasbro's doing though. Really the FiW team has got to deal with the same BS that the DBZ and Yu-Gi-Oh! Abridged teams have been dealing with for ages on YT from now on. If things get too hot for them they could always just start up their own site as I said earlier.

wait wait wait? THey can't take down Freindship is Witchcraft it's clearly a parody which falls under fair use laws here in the states at least >.>

And not all of his FiW videos are down just the ones nearing 20 minutes. It looks like they're targeting things that are the relative length of the show. Which is odd. Oh i do hope this doesn't affect the Dr. and Derpy (doctor whooves and assitant) Among other things. 

Sherclop and others from the sounds of it actually have the legal system on their side for this though. 

Why is EQD not reporting on this?
