I'm just gonna sit back and watch how everything unfolds. I don't really check out or frequent any FiM sites beyond EQD, but every little but of news since seems to have made the majority of people more and more open to the idea, and just wanting to wait and see how said episode will be executed rather than auto jump to conclusions. There are still exceptions, though there appear to be less and less.

I'm somewhat skeptical that this will be a permanent thing. Never trust a trailer and all that.

Regardless, we should all commence with preparation of our jimmies.

I'm going to sit back, relax, enjoy what should be quite an interesting if not enjoyable episode of mlp, and than see the fringe of the fandom lose their collective cowpies over their precious fanon go fluttering out the window.

I don't see the problem. That Twilight is the best pony was already long established fact. It seems appropriate she'd ascend to a form more befitting her stature.

Ha, redact part of what I said in regards to how EQD seems to be taking it. There's a clear divide between those acting calmly and rationally, and those getting very melodramatic and hurling insults at the former when they try to calm them down and counter their arguments with logic and reason. There are some condescending types in the former though. Love that one comment some guy gave on how people are whining more than BioWare fans.

EQD actually did a poll a short while back in regards to whether people want Twilicorn or not. The least votes said yes, but the majority said they don't care either way and just want more of the show.
