Because 4chan knows that came from a troll tumbr account (and google reverse image searching shows that it comes from nowhere else)for once they actually haven't took the bait and are mostly decrying this as fake. Ponychan are the same as well as seemingly Know Your Meme. The only place that seems to be remotely wigging out is here. I came up with a much more plausible thing relating to the movie on the other page, honestly the only thing that might say its official is the very well detailed background.

Has nobody else seriously made the "Trolls see thing that makes fandom upset --> Trolls create thing that further plays off that --> 'I'm a Hasbro employee and this is totally legit u guize' --> Fandom takes it as true and freaks out further" connection?

I don't think it is remotely possible that the post is real, but I hate seeing it because of how BAD the anatomy is. If your going to do human, make them look close to human; huge head and eyes, fine, but legs wider than the torso and taking up almost 2/3 of the height?

But any story that takes Fallout 3 as its base can't be considered better than, at the very least, Fallout 2 and New Vegas.

Wut? FoE is *loosely* based on Fallout 3. I haven't played Fallout 2, but FoE's story is certainly better than New Vegas'.

I mean, I know Taint is like FEV and Pink Cloud is the Red Cloud, but I don't know about Enervation.

Enervation is from Project Horizons,not FO:E. from the wiki:

"Enervation, a unique hazard found only in the Hoofington region of the Equestrian Wasteland, is a necrotic field of radiation that can taint healing potions of their healing properties and weaken and kill lifeforms passing through it.
The worst of the enervation fields are found directly within Hoofington and the surrounding area, but the underground is also notorious for having hidden enervation fields. They are produced by small, ring-shaped devices of unknown origin (one was found within a department store in Hoofington, and another within Tenpony Tower, though this one was inert).

It is extremely unwise to pass through an Enervation field with any kind of injury. The enervation will begin to rot and liquify/putrefy exposed flesh and tissue (such as severing Morning Glory's wings).

Alicorns cannot enter the Hoofington area because the enervation fields are emotionally and sometimes physically harmful to them; they claim to hear horrible screams and screeches when exposed to enervation (with the exception of the strangely resistant Lacunae)."

Oh, it's a Project Horizon's thing. Without spoilers, it is a field that sucks energies from the surrounding area. Fouling healing potions, stopping decay and increasing wounds, in strong fields, a small cut can lead to amputation of the limb, and in the strongest, just liquefy you. Screaming in your head is also accompanied.

Are the characters in it any good? I don't realy have it in me to try and read FoE again because I can't stand Little Pip, Calamity, or Velvet Remedy.

I find them all disturbingly unitelligent with really bad motives for their actions. I have heard good things about Blackjack and Puppy Smiles from Pink Eyes though, so I might try them out. 

But I swear to god, if any of them do something as stupid as leaving a vault in search of some chick that their only real interaction with was them singing at their birthday party in the hopes of banging them, I'm out. I'm not dealing with that again.

Fallout 3's story is rather weak and shouldn't be used as a basis of comparison. That game was more about killing mutants and looting than caring about what was going on.

It is a bad story, don't get me wrong, but I still found it better then FoE's.
