Even more amazing is that she can make a 90º turn at Mach 10 speeds.

That should liquefy her, but nope, she's fine like it was nothing.

That tells me that she can take an inordinate amount of damage, in other words, NO TRANSFORMERS CAN KILL RAINBOW DASH.

Not really. Pinkie can clearly bend physics and reality itself. So assuming she can control her power she could theoretically mop the floor with anyone.

Yeah, first person I thought of was Shepard.

Master Chief vs. Commander Shepard would be awesome. A few people have already suggested it, but I imagine they planned out his opponent a long time ago(they said they planned Dash vs. Scream for a while now).

But lets face it, even IF we said Pinkie Pie could be in a Death Battle, Fluttershy and Rarity definitely can't.

Well I can't imagine Fluttershy being in a Death Battle because I can't imagine her being willing to kill anyone, but don't count out Rarity.  As Twilight Sparkle would say "Just because somepony is ladylike doesn't make her weak. In fact, by using her wits a seemingly defenseless pony can be the one who outsmarts and outshines them all."  Rarity also holds the distinction of being the Sun Tzu of passive agressive warfare.

I'm trying to see it happen, but I can't. Her only weapon is her mind. And while the mind is a strong weapon, it really wouldn't make for a great Death Battle.
