Well, if you're going to give it a try, I'd suggest the first four episodes, in order. The pilot alone wouldn't be a good representative.

Yes. The first 2 episodes aren't that good, but the ones after that are the ones that tend to hook people in.

It's a nice, funny, relaxing, and calming piece of entertainment. Just got to keep that in mind.

Its not that they aren't good- they are. They just aren't good representations of the rest of the episodes.

The first two episodes just kinda set things up, then the show starts to really take place. And over time, the episodes get better and better.
