Now, granted, it's Starscream we're talking about, and he's pretty much doomed to fail at everything ever. But still, he got off one shot and one punch, then took a Mach 10 shot to the chest, which works out using the 275kg mass the physics brony used for Fluttershy and the dark matter butterflies to 1,619,560,800 joules (or about 1.62 gigajoules) of kinetic energy.

BBL, going to try and figure out the resulting momentum and derive a force from it.

Still, I think that screw attack vastly misunderestimated Starscream's height. they said 20' but according to my calculations he is about. 42'5''

Okay, so, if we assume that the collision time between Rainbow and Starscream is 0.1 seconds, that works out to about 8.326 meganewtons (8,326,440 newtons, specifically) of force applied directly to Starscream's center of mass.

In terms of energy, rather than force, the hit is equivalent to about 774 pounds of TNT going off, or about 50% greater than a 1000lb JDAM and 25% less than a 2000lb JDAM.

The exact amount of force she hits with will vary with the mass of whatever it is she's hitting, but suffice to say that any time she hits something after doing a Sonic Rainboom - even a housefly - the collission really should liquify both of them. 

tl;dr Rainbow Dash is a physics defying badass.
