Pretty sure you have to be a ecumenopolis to be considered a Type 1 civilization.
EDIT: Actually, strictly speaking the Kardashev scale is based only on the amount of energy a civilization utilizes. Depending on how magic works, ponies could be lower, roughly equal, or higher than us, though still likely lower than a full Type 1, or they might lie outside the scale entirely.

I predict Double Rainboom is going to suck. It's being marketed as a "fan-made episode", when it'll probably just be a "funny fan thing that took a long time to do". Watch as overuse of memes, dumb plot and massive amounts of headcanon make months of work and decent animation go to waste.

Yeah, Pat from Two Best Friends Play is a brony. Don't think Matt and Woolie are though. 2snacks, the guy who makes 2 Best Sisters Play is both a friend of theirs and is the one who does the animations on 2BFP, like the intros.
