I would, but I found I can't get into it yet, and I still have Pink Eyes to read.

The first two chapters are kinda hard to read, I'll admit that, you kinda have to just stcik with it until you've sort of bonded with the main character enough to actually care about what's happening to him. Gets a lot better after that though. If that fic has one failing, it's that the beginning doesn't have a lot to keep you interested before you become emotionally invested in the protagonist.

I think every fanfic that largely uses original characters is like that.

It takes time, you have to stick with the story long enough to care for the main characters, and then, THEN you feel the magic
