What is your favorite episode after season 1 and why? Trying to get more energy to watch it and your enthusiasm is catching -

My fave episode now has to be the Season 1 opener with Chrysalis.
I was a rabid pinkamena diane pie fan but now Twilight and Rarity are tied for best pony with Pinkie pie dropping down to the rank of best pony.

Homebound, Chrysalis is in the Season 2 finale episodes. Meaning you're like 50 something episodes off.

Anyway, my favorite episodes? Hah, those. The Season 2 finale episodes, "A Canterlot Wedding" Parts 1 and 2.

It is good to see MLP finally committing its long awaited brand suicide.

That's the best case scenario for just garden variety mediocre instead of soul crushingly bad.

On the other side of things, somebody in the EQD comments mentioned that Mattel had a license to print money this last quarter (apparently more than quadrupling the previous quarter's profits) largely on the backs of doll sales like Monster High. So now we have a motive for Hasbro.
