Ah, didn't know about that - I never saw the author's name on the EQD page I'd got it from, and it was a false assumption on my part. Recon, I'd bet you'd like FO:E an awful lot better than MLP.

Anyway, when you get done with FO:E you really should try Murky Number Seven. It's a FO:E spinoff about a slave from Fillydelphia and his struggle to escape. The first two chapters were kinda hard to get into, mostly because at that point you aren't really invested in the protagonist enough to care what's going on, but it gets better after that. Chapter 37 felt like it had the length of a normal FO: E chapter for me tbh. But that's probably because I was just really into it at the time.

It was the only chapter that when I finished, I realized I hadn't slept, and the sun was rising. Dang good chapter.
Don't listen to Prince, I recommend the side story Project Horizons, the smallest chapters are 30 pages, but a little better written than the original.
Oh, and bo, as soon as I finish Pinkeyes (probably 3 days) I get to work on Murky.
