Half-way done watching it. But so far, it is honestly up there with some of the better episodes of mlp. The jokes are great, the characters are done great, the pacing for me at least is excellent, and overall, I'm giving it a 4.5 out of 5.

EDIT: ANIMATION! I forgot the animation. It's wonderful, and I do truely mean that. The trailers and promo materials don't do just how well animated this movie is. It is on par with season 3 animation, and the character designs, when seeing them fully moving and voiced, work very well. Honestly there were points I forgot they were humans all together and just saw them as the same characters on a new adventure.

Will it be better than the comics? Probably not, those are awesome in a different way. But, for what they're are doing, this movie is a nice, fun watch.
