I'm betting that's actuslly a memory celestia has. Twilight Fakele is probably using a spell in order ti alter celestias memory and have her forget all about the real twilight, ane ended up in the wrong memory instead.

I doubt Impostor Twi is strong enough to mess with Celestia. Or even Luna for that matter. Or even Cadence to be honest.

Do not underestimate its power. There are forces at work, ancient and powerful and so very terrifying.
