Early 2011 is when I first started being exposed to the show. At the time I had no clue this was even something recent - I assumed the art and such I was seeing people on my friends list like Zjarcal and Lenimph post was holdovers from the other iterations of the franchise.

I've got several that might be considered favorites. ACW, ReaW, WA, IAT, LZ, SR, and CMC.

1. It was at home i just watched it and loved it. I've Been a Brony for 3 years.
2. Favorite episode: Party Of One. Least Favorite: May The Best Pet win.

1.- The OP in this thread convinced me of watching the show... although it took me almost a full year to actually watch the first episode XD. I wish I could thank XX55XX for witing that post.
2.- Suited for Success.
3.- I would like the mane six to be separated for a long period of time, following their own personal goals, and make new friends. Kinda like the Wonderbolt Academy but for all mane6 and at leas 6 episodes without seeing each other.
4.- Hm.. you know... whatever they want to do is fine. Seriously, how could I suggest what not to do, the first thing I would have said to any cartoon is no taking animals, it's something I ussualy dislike and MLP is not only good in spite of it, I think it's even better because of it.

1. Heard about friendship is magic from deviantart, and some of the new post there when someone mentioned something about the show being legitimately good, and how 4chan and some article some lady wrote on the show being racist and sexist were freaking out over nothing on it. So I decided to check it out, found it easily on youtube as this was all the way back when it was just getting episode 4 uploaded. Ever since than, when I marathoned the show, I thought it was okay. So I kept watching, and kept watching, and got more and more into it.

2. My favorite episode, if we can count 2 parters, would have to be the return on harmony. But baring that, It's a three way tie between lesson zero, luna eclipsed, and a canterlot wedding part 2. Least favorite is spike at your service.

3. Honestly? An expansion of the world. I want to find ways for the mane 6 to learn about the history or lore of equestria. I want to see new locations, new creatures, new ponies. I also want to see the return of a certain jerk griffon, and basically more adventures of the mane 6, be it in exciting new settings or the same day to day things.

4. Backpeddling. About the only thing I don't want to see is the show finding ways to turn twilight back into a unicorn. To remove her being a princess. To reverse previous decisions for the sake of appeasing fans. If they can make a good quality story out of it, great. But not if they're only doing it because fans complained and made them feel bad. Also, I don't want highly OOC behavior(Spike at your service comes to mind.) for no reason.

5. Button Mash. After that, double rainboom.

6. I plead the 5th.

7. The humor and good character interaction. If I had to point to any element that was the most important, it would be that. Characters having good chesmistry with one another, and being able to play off eachother well, really make the show seem good. Without that, I dare say MLP would be just another generic copy of the old mlp shows. Just bland and not that interesting, even with all the things happening around them.

1] Here and my inability to walk away from a wiki.

2] Top, can't really say. Worst, in my opinion, is Dragon Quest, only episode I felt like I needed to get through for the rest of them.(I watched every single episode in order get an accurate representation of the show)

3] The elaboration of history.

I also think we need to see some faults in Cadance, away from Shining
Armor, and not part of a plot device.

More Rarity and more consistency with Fluttershy's character.

Luna and Cadance's take on Twilight's ascension

4] More lovey dovey Cadance and Shining.

5] I have to go with a few here with Lullaby for a Princess, but also add Lunar Pirates and Children of the Night

Definitely want this. Season 4 could use something like this for the sake of variety.

Yep. Even some sort of cameo reference would probably feel contrived.

She was pretty bad last night from what you sai-... oh forget it.

Well, may as well answer my own.

1) Roughly Winter of 2011. I don't remember exactly how I wandered in here - I was aware of the show but never bothered watching. Well, the rest is history.

2) Favorite episode is... The Return of Harmony. It's dark, personal, and has a great villain. Too many pinkie pies and spike at your service were pretty awful. The first two episodes were a bit sluggish and I'd spent a good 3 weeks after seeing them to take a hiatus from MLP.

3) I'd like to see more story-centric expanded-setting episodes like Return of Harmony and Canterlot Wedding. Also, some better-quality Applejack episodes. If the Comicon leak was any indication, it'll be coming true.

4) Bad Stuff.

5) That's hard to choose. Just about everything in Ponies Anthology II. It's practically movie-length entertainment.

6) Favorite pony depends on my mood, According to the brony test I'm pretty much everyone. I'll go with fluttershy on this one.

7) My favorite part is probably the humorous side of it. It's at its best when it's able to combine the serious and the silly(which is unsurprisingly difficult to pull off). The absurd amount of fan content helps too.

1) This thread is responsible for that. Shortly after I friended EA on his old account I saw him post in this thread. I took a peek and wondered what the deal was with all these guys liking the show so I decided to check it out for myself and that was that. That happened somewhere between page 150 and 200.

2) Sonic Rainboom. No, Hurricane Fluttershy. Nope, Sleepless in Ponyville. Sisterhooves Social? Return of Harmony? Luna Eclipsed or maybe even The Cutie Mark Chronicles? Gah, too many choices! Guess I'll settle on HF. As for worst it's between Mysterious Mare-Do-Well and Spike at Your Service.

3) I just want to see things going along as they always have been, though I guess an episode that delves more into Celestia and Luna's past would be great though it seems like we're getting that anyway, kind of.

4) I know it's been said already but no Flash Sentry/Brad. While I didn't mind Equestria Girls nor was it as bad as it could have been I don't want anything in the movie making any kind of impact in the show, maybe beyond the odd harmless reference. Like it or not it still happened in the canon after all.

5) 2snack's Two Best Sisters Play series is at the top of my list.

6) Luna, of course. In the Mane 6 though its a three-way tie between Twi, AJ and Dash.

7) It would have to be the characters.

1) At home, sometime in 2011, awaiting a video game. I had a few hours to wait for it to come in the mail so I decided to watch the show, since I kept seeing ponies everywhere for the longest time. Was a fan pretty much instantly.
2) Favorite episodes would be A Canterlot Wedding Parts 1 and 2. Cutie Mark Chronicles is also nice. Least favorites would be Mare Do Well and Secret of My Excess, I guess.
3) Bat ponies/Thestrals, more Cadence, more of a focus on The Mane Five, Impostor Twilight Sparkle being taken down a peg.
4) The Mane Five getting treated like less than they were before because they're tagging along with Impostor Twi, also no Flash Sentry.
5) Probably the Two Best Sisters Play videos.
6) I have a few favorites, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Princess Cadence, but they're all pretty good.
7) The sheer amount of fanmade content, the love that comes from the team behind the show and the voice over talent, the art, the music, a lot of things about Friendship is Magic are great, so its hard to pick a particular favorite.
